M. Blake Hill is a partner in the Salt Lake City office of Lewis Brisbois. Having previously practiced in the firm's Atlanta office with a focus on products liability litigation, Mr. Hill rejoined Lewis Brisbois and its General Liability Practice in September 2021.

As a member of state bars in Idaho, Utah, and Montana, Mr. Hill has experience defending clients in venues across the country. He has represented regional, national, and multi-national clients in internal investigations, arbitrations, mediations, and litigation.

On behalf of his ATV dealer client, Mr. Hill obtained a summary judgment ruling on a negligence claim, which the Court of Appeals for the State of Utah upheld. Warenski v. Advanced RV Supply, 2011 UT App 197 cert. denied (June 23, 2011) (plaintiff/appellant failed to establish elements of res ipsa loquitur). More recently, Mr. Hill was a Lewis Brisbois trial team member that defended a motor vehicle manufacturer at trial in Georgia, obtaining a defense verdict after a multi-week trial in a wrongful death suit.

While in law school, Mr. Hill served as the Online Editor for Journal of Law and Policy in International Business and was a student attorney with the Georgetown University Law Center Criminal Justice Clinic. Additionally, Mr. Hill was a member of his University’s national-qualifying mock trial team.
