Sabrina Ball is an associate in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. She focuses on cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, and property damage arising from premises liability, general negligence, and intentional torts.
Before joining Lewis Brisbois, Ms. Ball was an Assistant Corporation Counsel at the New York City Law Department. She defended the City of New York and its client agencies in complex high-exposure tort claims in cases from inception through resolution. She has extensive experience defending claims arising from motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, negligent supervision, and wrongful death. In her role as Assistant Corporation Counsel, she was responsible for assessing and identifying risk/liability and proposing strategies on behalf of the City and its agencies. Ms. Ball also conducted dozens of depositions and settled and disposed of numerous cases.
