Greg Katz to Moderate Magna Legal Service Webinar on Post-COVID-19 Litigation Strategy

New York, N.Y. (June 8, 2021) - New York Managing Partner Gregory S. Katz will moderate a virtual discussion on June 16, hosted by Magna Legal Services. Titled, "Fight or Flight? Winning Cases in the Post-COVID-19 Era," the webinar will begin at 4:00 p.m. ET.

Mr. Katz and the panelists, which includes Mark Calzarett (Partner & Vice President of Litigation Consulting, Magna Legal Services), Christopher Greene (Senior Vice President, Chief Claims Officer & General Counsel, Canal Insurance Company), and Matthew Barrett (Assistant General Counsel, Risk and Litigation, ABM), will discuss post-COVID-19 business drivers and their impact on claims resolution, how attorneys can take the driver’s seat during discovery to shape their trial strategy, and when to best leverage jury research during the litigation process.

In addition to his office leadership role, Mr. Katz is chair of Lewis Brisbois' National Trial Practice, and a chair of its General Liability and Transportation Practices. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and has over 20 years of experience in defending cases in state and federal court. He also formed and oversees the firm’s 24/7 Rapid Response On Call Transportation Team.
