Kishaniah Dhamodaran is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor & Employment and Wage & Hour Class Actions Practices. She represents employers in a wide range of employment matters, with a focus on complex wage and hour class actions and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) lawsuits. Additionally, Ms. Dhamodaran defends employers in other aspects of employment law, including individual wage and hour claims, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and governmental agency charges and investigations.
Ms. Dhamodaran handles all aspects of litigation, and has successfully brought and defended various motions before state courts throughout California. She has also achieved favorable settlements for her clients through effective negotiations and mediation.
Ms. Dhamodaran also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Justice Victoria Chaney at the California Court of Appeal, Second District, Division One.
