Haley Phillips



Haley Phillips is a partner in the Kansas City and Wichita offices of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. She advises and represents employers in various aspects of labor and employment law, including defending charges of discrimination and lawsuits brought under federal and state law.

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Haley focused her practice on product liability, automotive, trucking, pharmaceutical, medical device, and premises liability in mid-sized Kansas City area defense firms. Haley was also an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Jackson County, Missouri, and served as a judicial law clerk for the Missouri Court of Appeals and the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri at Independence.
