Baltimore Partner Andrew Gendron will speak at a virtual conference titled “Genomic Analysis in Tort Cases,” hosted by Perrin Conferences and scheduled to take place on May 26. Mr. Gendron’s presentation is titled “Use of Genomics in Medical Cases (Birth Defects, Malpractice, Drugs).”

Baltimore, Md. (May 24, 2021) – Baltimore Partner Andrew Gendron will speak at a virtual conference titled “Genomic Analysis in Tort Cases,” hosted by Perrin Conferences and scheduled to take place on May 26. Mr. Gendron’s presentation is titled “Use of Genomics in Medical Cases (Birth Defects, Malpractice, Drugs).”

The conference, which will run from 10:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. ET, will bring together scientific and legal experts with deep knowledge and experience in the actual use of genomic analyses in litigation. The panelists will provide examples of the many cases in which genomic data and analyses have been used in different types of legal actions. There is no cost to attend.

Mr. Gendron is a member of Lewis Brisbois’ National Trial Practice and Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice. He has tried nearly 100 cases to verdict, practiced throughout the United States, and is skilled in handling mass and class actions and multidistrict litigation in product liability, toxic tort, environmental, and stockholder/corporate-governance matters, as well as actions concerning fiduciary duties and professional liability.
