Jamie Rudd is a partner in the Raleigh office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability and Workers’ Compensation Practices. Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Ms. Rudd practiced as a Consumer Financial Services attorney, where she represented clients in consumer law, business disputes, and commercial litigation. Ms. Rudd has experience counseling clients on debt collection, breach of contract, and unfair trade practice litigation matters, as well as compliance concerns.

Ms. Rudd is a Raleigh native who studied at Elon University where she graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in both history and political science. Following her graduation from Elon, Ms. Rudd earned her Juris Doctor from University of North Carolina School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Rudd was a member of the UNC Law School Pro Bono Board, and was inducted into the James E. and Carolyn B. Davis society for academic and personal excellence. Ms. Rudd also served as the Symposium Editor of the First Amendment Law Review, and served on the Executive Board of Holderness Moot Court.

Ms. Rudd practices before all North Carolina federal and state courts, as well as various administrative forums such as the North Carolina Industrial Commission. She is a member of several professional organizations, including the American, North Carolina, and Wake County Bar Associations.
