Phoenix, Ariz. (March 24, 2021) – Phoenix Partner Jessica L. Beckwith will join a panel discussion hosted by the State Bar of Arizona titled “Dealing with Difficult or Impaired Clients or Lawyers” taking place May 6.
This program will address the challenging situations attorneys are frequently faced with and provide frank guidance on remaining ethical when confronting a difficult or impaired client or lawyer.
Ms. Beckwith is a partner in Lewis Brisbois' Phoenix and Los Angeles offices and serves as a Firmwide Assistant General Counsel. Her practice focuses on advising attorneys and law firms on matters relating to bar charges in Arizona and state bar complaints in California, as well as fee disputes, disciplinary matters, and more.
