This event is the third in a new series of webinars called "Still New York," which explore strategies for saving small businesses in New York City.

(March 10, 2021) – Tampa Partner Steven Holtzman will join a webinar titled “Reg CF Crowdfunding as a Turnaround Tool for Small Businesses,” hosted by the Florence Belsky Charitable Foundation on March 18 at 3:00 p.m. ET. This event is the third in a new series of webinars called "Still New York," which explore strategies for saving small businesses in New York City.
Mr. Holtzman, along with a panel of legal and crowdfunding experts, will focus on how small businesses can make use of Reg CF Crowdfunding to give themselves a chance to turnaround while forging a path forward. The panelists will also offer advice on overcoming challenges that small businesses face.
Mr. Holtzman is a member of Lewis Brisbois’ Corporate Practice, where he focuses on a wide variety of business transactions, including representation of public and closely held companies, securities issuers, investment advisers, corporate executives in mergers and acquisitions, and more.
