Brent Kaufman is an associate in the Atlanta office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability and Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practices. His practice focuses on premises liability, commercial real estate litigation, professional liability, construction defect, products liability, and toxic and mass tort defense. Additionally, Brent has extensive experience in defending businesses and professionals both at the trial and appellate levels.
Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Brent worked for an Atlanta based regional civil defense firm.
While attending Charleston School of Law, Brent served as Associate Editor-in-Chief for the Journal of Alternative Dispute Resolution, and received the Pro Bono Service Award.
