Phoenix, Ariz. (February 18, 2021) - Phoenix Partner Jessica L. Beckwith will speak at The Arizona Association for Justice LIENS WEEK 2021, its annual liens seminar, taking place from February 22 to 26.
Ms. Beckwith’s presentation will begin at 12:00 p.m. on February 24 and is titled “Navigating Arizona Ethical Rule 1.15.” During this presentation, Ms. Beckwith will discuss the ethical rules governing the handling of third-party liens. This week-long event will offer five programs, taught in 90-minute Zoom webinars by esteemed liens experts.
Ms. Beckwith is a Firmwide Assistant General Counsel in Lewis Brisbois’ Los Angeles and Phoenix offices and is vice chair of the Public Agency & Municipal Law Practice. Her practice is focused on attorney regulation and ethics, as well as public agency and municipal law.
