Newark, N.J. (February 12, 2021) - Newark Partner Thomas Regan will join a virtual panel hosted by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE), on February 25 at 1:00 p.m. ET, titled “Practice Pointers on Federal Court Practice and Procedure.”
Geared towards new attorneys, this live webcast will feature attorneys, a judge, and a chief deputy clerk, discussing important practice information on navigating the courtroom and how to avoid costly mistakes. Topics will range from drafting quality pleadings and motions to practical advice like where to check in and where to park. The speakers will also discuss how the pandemic has affected federal court procedures.
Mr. Regan is a member of Lewis Brisbois’ Products Liability, General Liability, and National Trial Practices. His practice ranges from serving as first chair in trials concerning catastrophic injury, to supervising nationwide portfolios of products liability litigation, to counseling on matters concerning legal malpractice, employment law, and general liability.
