Her practice focuses on advising clients on the ever-evolving landscape of data privacy and cybersecurity laws and regulations across various industries. She assists clients in developing privacy policies and notices, comprehensive information security governance and response plans, and contracts in compliance with applicable privacy laws. She also assists clients in responding to data security incidents, overseeing forensic investigations, and developing creative solutions to minimize exposure.
Namrata leverages her background in complex technology-based disputes and intellectual property litigation, regulatory compliance, and risk management to assist clients in minimizing liability and simultaneously ensuring compliance with consumer notification and regulatory reporting obligations.
