Jennine Gerrard to Join ABOTA Webinar on Using Neurosurgery Experts in Court
New York Partner Jennine A. Gerrard will join a webinar panel discussion on November 12, co-sponsored by the New York City Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and the Defense Association of New York, discussing the use of neurosurgery experts at trial.
New York, N.Y. (November 3, 2020) - New York Partner Jennine A. Gerrard will join a webinar panel discussion on November 12, co-sponsored by the New York City Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and the Defense Association of New York, discussing the use of neurosurgery experts at trial.
Titled, “How to Effectively Use a Neurosurgeon in the Courtroom," the program will begin at 5:45 p.m. Ms. Gerrard and her fellow panelists will discuss strategies from the defense, plaintiff, and medical perspectives. CLE credits will be available.
Ms. Gerrard, a member of Lewis Brisbois’ Medical Malpractice and General Liability Practices, was recently accepted as a new member of ABOTA’s New York City Chapter. An experienced litigator who began her career focused in the areas of medical and dental malpractice and nursing home defense, Ms. Gerrard has successfully resolved matters of all types through negotiation, motion practice, mediation, trial, and appeal.
