Jim Hailey to Join Webinar Panel Discussing Anti-Fraud Legal Strategies

New Orleans, La. (October 28, 2020) – New Orleans Partner James W. Hailey III will join a virtual webinar panel titled “Master the pandemic playbook: Legal strategy & fraud,” hosted by Coalition Against Insurance Fraud on November 17 at 1:00 p.m. ET.

Mr. Hailey, along with three other leading insurance attorneys, will offer best-practices for anti-fraud legal strategies in today’s remote world. The panelists will also provide fresh approaches for litigation, courtroom strategy, and investigations.

Mr. Hailey is a member of Lewis Brisbois’ Insurance Coverage Practice. He focuses on assisting insurance and corporate clients in detecting, deterring, and defeating fraud in construction, premises, transportation, and general litigation matters, including coverage.
