Bill Helfand to Speak on Tort Claims at Texas State Bar Advanced Personal Injury Course
Houston Partner William S. Helfand will deliver a presentation titled “Tort Claims Act - What’s Left?” at the 36th Annual Texas State Bar Advanced Personal Injury Course, being held on several dates over the next few months via webcast and in-person events.
Houston, Texas (July 6, 2020) – Houston Partner William S. Helfand will deliver a presentation titled “Tort Claims Act - What’s Left?” at the 36th Annual Texas State Bar Advanced Personal Injury Course, being held on several dates over the next few months via webcast and in-person events.
Mr. Helfand will present on the Friday of each course at 11:30 a.m. and will discuss governmental immunity and the latest trends in tort claims.
Mr. Helfand is a vice-chair of Lewis Brisbois’ Labor & Employment Practice and regularly speaks at continuing legal education forums and other events.
This course offers CLE credits and is open to non-members.
