Lexington, Ky. (June 25, 2020) – Lexington Managing Partner Judd Uhl will lead a virtual presentation titled “Preparing and Protecting Your Witness Against the Reptile Theory from Discovery Through Trial,” at the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys (OACTA) Personal Injury Webinar Series on June 29 at 1:00 p.m.

Mr. Uhl will elaborate on the reptile theory, which is often used by the plaintiff's bar to target the fear of the jury, and will provide tips on how to combat this growing trend. Mr. Uhl will also discuss how to prepare witnesses of all levels of sophistication.
