New York, N.Y. (May 29, 2020) – Boston Managing Partner Kenneth B. Walton and New York Partner Darrell Whiteley will lead an informative webcast titled “New York Labor Law and the Impact of COVID-19,” hosted by Alliant on June 3 at 11:00 a.m. EST.

Messrs. Walton and Whiteley will focus their discussion on the estimated increase in construction litigation as contractors begin the process of restarting projects and the local economies reopen. They will also explore how New York Labor Law liability may be imposed in a post COVID-19 environment.

Mr. Walton is a member of Lewis Brisbois’ COVID-19: Labor & Employment practice which monitors the developments in employment law at the federal, state, and local levels related to the current COVID-19 outbreak.

Mr. Whiteley is co-chair of Lewis Brisbois’ Construction practice where he focuses on a wide variety of construction litigation matters in New York City and various cases under the New York Labor Law.
