Felix Digilov is a partner in the Houston office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor & Employment and Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practices. His practice covers a wide array of legal matters in state and federal court, as well as a variety of arbitration disputes. He also handles matters before administrative agencies like the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, National Labor Relations Board, and various state agencies. Felix is experienced in handling large, complex commercial litigation matters, as well as allegations of discrimination and harassment based on age, race, national origin, disability, and sex. Felix has significant experience successfully litigating high-profile class and collective actions as well as providing advice and counsel for compliance issues under the Fair Labor Standards Act and state wage laws.
Before joining Lewis Brisbois, Felix was an associate with a large national labor and employment firm. Felix began his career as an Honors attorney with the Treasury Department in Washington, DC, where he defended the agency in a variety of labor and employment disputes.
