Armine Antonyan is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. Her practice is exclusively dedicated to defending employers in employment litigation and counseling.
Ms. Antonyan specializes in defending employers in wage and hour class and PAGA representative actions in state and federal courts. She also represents clients in matters including interference with ERISA benefits, wrongful termination, harassment, employment discrimination and retaliation, breach of employment agreements, and collective actions.
Ms. Antonyan also provides counseling to employers on various employment issues, including compliance with wage and hour laws, employee terminations and discipline, and drafting employee policies, in an effort to help reduce the risk of litigation.
Ms. Antonyan began her legal career in London, UK, working for a boutique law firm specializing in commercial and employment litigation. Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, she worked as an associate at Plaintiff-side employment firm.
