Bo Kyung Kim
Bo Kyung Kim is an associate in the San Francisco office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice Group and the Korean Business Practice Group. Ms. Kim specializes in providing legal counseling in Korean. She also regularly presents at Labor & Employment Law seminars in Korean.
Ms. Kim consults and represents international and domestic companies in litigation and compliance matters. She has experience in defending companies and individuals in discrimination, retaliation, and workplace harassment claims, as well as wage & hour class actions. Her experience also includes in-house consultations related to assessing the compliance status and recommending appropriate preventative measures to minimize foreseeable risks for companies.
Outside of work, Ms. Kim actively volunteers for Korean communities in the Bay Area through the Korean American Bar Association. She joined Korean American Bar Association of Northern California as a board member in 2020. She became an officer in 2021. As of April 2022, Ms. Kim has been appointed as Co-Vice President of the association.
