Gina Fleury is an associate in the Boston office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Professional Liability Practice. Gina focuses her civil litigation defense work in New England in professional liability and general liability matters. Gina represents a variety of professionals including architects, engineers, lawyers, surveyors, directors and officers, financial brokers and dealers, medical professionals and organizations, insurance brokers, and other individuals and corporations. Gina also represents New England employers in all aspects of labor and employment litigation including against claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation as well as wage and hour claims.

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Gina represented insurers, self-insurers, employers, and third-party administrators in Workers' Compensation matters. She also worked as a student attorney defending clients in criminal matters. During law school, Gina was a member of the Moot Court Honor Board and served as an Associate Executive Editor of the Suffolk University Journal of Trial & Appellate Advocacy.
