Christopher Meeks to Speak on Sharing Economy at ABA Insurance Coverage Seminar

Atlanta Partner Christopher Meeks will moderate a panel breakout session at the American Bar Association’s (ABA) 32nd Annual Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee CLE Seminar, taking place March 4-7 at the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, Arizona.

Tucson, Ariz. (February 7, 2020) – Atlanta Partner Christopher Meeks will moderate a panel breakout session at the American Bar Association’s (ABA) 32nd Annual Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee CLE Seminar, taking place March 4-7 at the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, Arizona. 

Mr. Meeks’ panel, titled “Sharing Is Swearing: Challenges and Gaps in Insurance Coverage Where the Sharing Economy Meets Reality,” will begin at 1:25 p.m. on March 5. The panelists will discuss the many aspects of the sharing economy, from vacation rentals to clothing, and analyze the potential liability exposure for insurers and insured in a time when it is possible to borrow almost anything for a price.
