Michelle Gilboe to Speak on Artificial Intelligence at Fashion Law Conference

Minneapolis Managing Partner Michelle R. Gilboe will join a panel titled “Emerging Tech Issues in the Fashion Industry: Wearables and AI,” at the Federal Bar Association’s 2020 Fashion Law Conference on February 7 at The National Arts Club in New York City.

New York, NY (January 28, 2020) – Minneapolis Managing Partner Michelle R. Gilboe will join a panel titled “Emerging Tech Issues in the Fashion Industry: Wearables and AI,” at the Federal Bar Association’s 2020 Fashion Law Conference on February 7 at The National Arts Club in New York City.

Ms. Gilboe and her fellow panelists will examine the key legal implications of wearable technology and artificial intelligence. Panelists will look into the latest wearable technology and artificial intelligence (AI) products in the marketplace, and will examine product liability, intellectual property, labor, and advertising claim issues.

Other discussions at this event will cover topics such as corporate responsibility, sustainability, international developments and labor considerations. CLE credit will be available.

Ms. Gilboe is a member of Lewis Brisbois’ Products Liability Practice, with a focus on defending pharmaceutical, medical device, industrial products and exercise equipment manufacturers.
