Lewis Brisbois Launches Crisis Management Practice

Los Angeles, Calif. (Jan. 15, 2020) - Lewis Brisbois has established a Crisis Management Practice to officially acknowledge the array of crisis management services it currently provides to clients in over 16 different practice areas.

The Crisis Management Team will provide a suite of proactive services to help organizations prepare for the unexpected. They will also be on call 24/7 to provide a rapid response to any business crisis.

Backed by a nationwide, full-service law firm with specialists in over 40 practice areas – including antitrust, complex litigation, data privacy and security, employment, government investigations, healthcare, and securities and corporate finance – the Crisis Management Team will have the capability to immediately access talented attorneys across the country to support a business of any size or in any sector.

The new Crisis Management Practice will be chaired by Richard W. Goldberg, a partner in the firm’s Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Practice and a former Crisis Management Coordinator for National Special Security Events for the U.S. Department of Justice. He will retain his crisis management duties within the Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Practice, while assisting with the coordination of services within the new practice.
