Los Angeles, Calif. (Jan. 15, 2020) - Lewis Brisbois has established a Crisis Management Practice to officially acknowledge the array of crisis management services it currently provides to clients in over 16 different practice areas.

The Crisis Management Team will provide a suite of proactive services to help organizations prepare for the unexpected. They will also be on call 24/7 to provide a rapid response to any business crisis.

The new Crisis Management Practice will be chaired by Richard W. He will retain his crisis management duties within the Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Practice, while assisting with the coordination of services within the new practice.

“I look forward to serving our clients in this additional capacity,” Mr. Goldberg said. “Lewis Brisbois has offered crisis management counseling for many years, but this new practice group allows us to centralize our efforts firmwide and take full advantage of our attoneys’ vast and diverse experience.”

The Lewis Brisbois Crisis Management Practice is comprised of lawyers who have served at the Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and in numerous complex business capacities. They have extensive experience managing crises for professional services firms, public companies, governmental entities and officials, celebrities and executives, and all manner of businesses, including those in education, energy, entertainment, financial services, healthcare, and technology.
