Los Angeles, Calif. (December 19, 2019) – Los Angeles Partner Dana Alden Fox will participate in a Masters in Trial demonstration on January 10 at Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law, hosted by the Orange County Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). This all-day event will show how successful trial lawyers conduct certain aspects of a trial.

Mr. Fox will act as a member of the defense team, as participants work their way through a case involving a wrongful death claim. The program is designed to teach by example, with the demonstrated legal skills applicable in virtually every other civil case. Whether a novice or seasoned trial lawyer, plaintiff or defense counsel, this demonstration will assist attendees with their next trial.

Mr. Fox is a co-chair of Lewis Brisbois’ General Liability Practice and a member of the firm’s Trial Practice. He is one of the most heralded trial attorneys in California, consistently obtaining results not thought possible for his clients, including multiple defense jury verdicts in prominent cases. He frequently presents on a variety of topics, including defending police officers, catastrophic case evaluation, jury selection, defending high exposure cases, and opening and closing argument presentation.
