Erin O’Leary is a partner in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability and Professional Liability Practices. She has extensive experience defending owners, contractors, developers and corporations in high exposure construction cases including New York Labor Law matters, premises liability and construction defect claims. She has diverse experience defending malpractice claims against attorneys, accountants, architects, engineers, funeral home directors and other miscellaneous professionals. Ms. O'Leary also handles the defense of motor carriers and a wide array of transportation matters. Ms. O’Leary practices in New York state, federal and appellate courts. She has also served as an adjunct professor at CUNY’s Lehman College.
