Steven Bucher


Steven Bucher is an associate in the Lafayette office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Practice. A former Assistant Attorney General with the Louisiana Department of Justice, he counsels companies across a variety of industries with cybersecurity-related corporate planning, crisis management, incident response, and related contract strategy. He also advises companies on privacy compliance, information management, and electronic transactions under multiple regulatory frameworks in the United States and throughout Europe. This experience is complimented by his Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States and Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe credentials.
