Lewis Brisbois has added skilled construction and commercial real estate litigation attorney Jonathan M. Preziosi as a partner in its Newark office.

Newark, N.J. (November 11, 2019) – Lewis Brisbois has added skilled construction and commercial real estate litigation attorney. Jonathan M. Preziosi as a partner in its Newark office. Mr. Preziosi brings more than 25 years of experience litigating construction contract disputes on a wide array of projects including airport, bridge, power plant, refinery, and waterfront redevelopment cases.

Mr. Preziosi’s commercial real estate practice includes handling such matters as complex title disputes, real estate tax appeals, suits to compel closing of contracts of sale, challenges to zoning and planning board land use decisions, and condemnation cases.

Mr. Preziosi received his undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University and his law degree from Seton Hall Law School, where he was an editor of the Seton Hall Law Review. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit.
