Josh Curry to Discuss Patent Law at Georgia IP Alliance Conference

Atlanta, Ga. (October 15, 2019) – Atlanta Partner Joshua D. Curry will moderate a discussion at The Georgia Intellectual Property Alliance’s 13th Annual Corporate IP Institute. The event will take place October 29-30 at the Georgia State University College of Law. 

Mr. Curry’s discussion, “Recent Patent Decisions and Strategy Implications for In-House Counsel,” will begin at 10:00 a.m. on October 29. He and an in-house counsel panelist will discuss recent decisions that have impacted patent litigation strategy and tactics. In addition, they will address how these decisions have resulted in practical, real-world changes to the approach in-house counsel takes to counseling internal business clients, handling litigation, and managing risk.

Mr. Curry is a member of Lewis Brisbois’ IP Practice and a registered patent attorney. An experienced litigator with a science degree and considerable technical expertise, he has served as lead counsel in patent, intellectual property, and technology litigation cases across the country.
