Stacy Schwartz to Present on Deposition Skills at NITA Conference

Fort Lauderdale, Fla. (October 8, 2019) – Fort Lauderdale Partner Stacy M. Schwartz will lead a discussion at the National Institute Trial Advocacy (NITA) Deposition Skills Program on October 10-12 at the Nova Southeastern College of Law in Fort Lauderdale. 

Ms. Schwartz, along with other legal professionals and educators, will provide attendees with brief lectures and demonstrations on preparing and obtaining one’s goals during a deposition. Topics during the program will include managing difficult parties, avoiding traps, the Funnel Technique, and more.

This event is ideal for attorneys of any experience level hoping to sharpen their skills during deposition and successfully perform under pressure.
