Phoenix, Ariz. (September 10, 2019) – Phoenix Partner Jessica L. Beckwith will present a seminar, hosted by the State Bar of Arizona, titled “10 Deadly Sins of Conflict” on October 30 at 9:00 a.m. Attendees can earn up to 3 CLE and Ethics credits.
Ms. Beckwith and her fellow panelists will present scenarios exploring conflict issues that may arise in your practice and how those issues can be handled ethically. The panelists will also address the types of conflicts that arise when dealing with prospective clients, the types of waivers needed when representing co-plaintiffs, and the types of conflicts that are non-waivable.
Ms. Beckwith is a member of Lewis Brisbois’ Professional Liability and Real Estate & Environmental Practices, with experience in attorney ethics, regulation, and licensing litigation.
