Lauren Farley is a partner in the Boston office of Lewis Brisbois. Lauren’s practice is focused on professional and general liability as well as complex labor and employment matters. Lauren regularly litigates cases involving allegations of discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation and wage/hour violations in state and federal court as well as before arbitration tribunals and administrative agencies including the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. In addition to being a skilled litigator, Lauren conducts internal investigations, develops personnel policies and counsels companies and their management teams on statutory compliance. Lauren also prepares employment contracts and frequently litigates breaches of such contracts and enforcement of noncompetition and other restrictive covenant agreements.
