Paul Efstratis is a partner in the San Francisco office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Transportation and Products Liability Practices. Mr. Efstratis concentrates his practice on commercial and consumer breach of warranty cases for automotive manufacturers. He handles matters involving alleged violations under the Song Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, California Consumer Legal Remedies Act (CLRA) and consumer fraud-based litigation in both state and federal court. Mr. Efstratis regularly handles matters involving cases involving punitive damages and other high exposure claims. Mr. Efstratis has extensive experience in handling all aspects of litigation through trial including drafting and oral argument on pre-trial and dispositive motions, discovery preparation, electronic discovery, and expert depositions.

Mr. Efstratis also represents and defends multinational real estate investment companies, hotel operators, resorts, and commercial/residential landlords in a variety of disputes including wrongful evictions, unlawful detainers, and lien disputes and provides advice and counsel on a variety of other legal issues.

Mr. Efstratis has handled a broad range of cases in the areas of financial services, wrongful foreclosure, products liability, insurance, class actions, toxic tort, landlord-tenant, and personal injury. He has participated in the trial of several cases to verdict and has handled hundreds of mediations and settlement conferences throughout California in both state and federal court.

Mr. Efstratis is a 2000 graduate of University of California, Berkeley where he received simultaneous degrees with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Economics and Policy. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 2005 from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California. Mr. Efstratis was named Northern California "Super Lawyer Rising Star" for Consumer Law from 2015 through 2018, a distinction awarded to only the top 2.5 percent of young lawyers in Northern California.
