Eric Kim is an associate in the San Francisco office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. He focuses his practice in all aspects of civil litigation including personal injury, premise liability, motor vehicle, landlord/tenant, and products liability actions.
Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Mr. Kim worked as an associate attorney at a reputable construction defect and insurance defense firm in San Francisco. Mr. Kim has also worked at a reputable boutique plaintiff's firm in the Bay Area. Mr. Kim has extensive experience handling all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation investigation, written discovery, pleading and motion practice, fact and expert depositions, dispositive motion practice, and settlement negotiations with positive results.
Mr. Kim obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of California San Diego. He attended the University of California Hastings College of the Law.
