Sasha Shariati is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and is a member of the Complex Business & Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property & Technology Practices. Sasha has extensive experience representing a range of clients from high-net-worth individuals to Fortune 500 companies in state and federal courts in California and all over the country. She has successfully represented clients in cases involving trademarks, copyrights, false advertising, trade secrets, patents, shareholder and partnership disputes, consumer actions, and other lawsuits. Her clients have been in various industries including banking, technology, real estate, fashion, music, media, sports, food, and hospitality. By devising appropriate litigation strategies tailored to each unique case, she has been successful in defending many cases to get dismissed prior to trial, as well as obtaining successful results in pre-lawsuit disputes and in arbitration.

Sasha earned her Juris Doctor from University of Hastings, College of the Law, where she graduated Cum Laude. During law school, Sasha externed for Judge A. James Robertson at the San Francisco Superior Court where she received trial court experience by working closely with the Judge in several bench and jury trials. Sasha competed nationally in negotiation and mediation competitions in law school as part of the Alternative Dispute Resolution team, and was also a Senior Submissions Editor of her school’s Science and Technology law journal.
