Four Lewis Brisbois Partners to Present Mock Trial at ATA Trucking Legal Forum

Oxman will team up to present a mock trial at the American Trucking Association (ATA) 2019 Trucking Legal Forum taking place July 14-17 at the Rancho Bernardo Inn in San Diego, California.
San Diego, Calif. (July 11, 2019) – Pittsburgh Managing Partner Todd A. Gray, New York Partner Alecia Walters-Hinds, Lafayette Partner F. Douglas Gatz, Jr., and New York Partner Jennifer R. Oxman will team up to present a mock trial at the American Trucking Association (ATA) 2019 Trucking Legal Forum taking place July 14-17 at the Rancho Bernardo Inn in San Diego, California. Their presentation will begin at 9:40 a.m. on Monday July 15.
The cross-office team will use their transportation litigation experience to demonstrate how to effectively defend a motor carrier client against attacks by the plaintiff's attorneys on a number of common trucking policies, practices, technologies, and safety tools. Witnesses in the mock trial may include someone playing a safety director, a transportation expert and an experienced driver.
