Simone Dupré


Simone is a partner in the Lafayette office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability and Transportation Practices. Simone’s practice is primarily focused on the defense of commercial clients on trucking, premises liability and products liability claims. She has been a litigator for over 25 years. Over the course of her career she has successfully defended clients in a range of cases involving simple property damage claims to complex, multi-party claims with serious personal injuries. In addition, she worked for several years as In-House Counsel for a portfolio of U.S.-based oilfield service companies where she gained experience in risk management and employer-employee relations, placing her in a unique position to understand the litigation needs of her commercial clients. Simone practices in all Louisiana state and federal courts and is experienced with both bench and jury trials.
