New York, N.Y. (June 19, 2019) – New York Partner Cristina R. Yannucci will take part in a live, webcast event hosted by the Practising Law Institute (PLI) called “The Ethics Game Show 2019: A Review of Ethical Issues.” This unique, interactive program will take place on June 26th at 3:00 p.m. EDT in-person in Midtown Manhattan, and will be viewable live by Groupcast at locations in Cincinnati, Indianapolis, and Nashville, and via a livestreaming webcast.

More than just an average panel discussion, audience members will review a set of hypotheticals and test their knowledge of the relevant ethical rules as they match wits with Ms. Yannucci, her fellow panelists, and other contestants. The program will cover how to use social media appropriately, when litigation tactics become ethical misconduct, when to report another lawyer’s ethical violation, and a review of ethical issues affecting multi-jurisdictional practice. Attendees may earn up to 2 hours of Ethics credit.

Ms. Yannucci is vice-chair of Lewis Brisbois’ Legal Malpractice Defense Practice. She focuses on litigation in the field of professional liability.
