Bryan Mercke is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. His practice focuses on defending employers against a variety of employment litigation matters, including wage and hour class actions under the California Labor Code and Fair Labor Standards Act, representative actions under the Private Attorneys General Act, and single plaintiff cases for discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Mr. Mercke also represents employers in all stages of litigation in both state and federal court.
