Ashley N. Batiste is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. Her practice primarily focuses on defending employers in individual, and class action cases alleging claims under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), and the California Labor Code. Her practice focuses on complex wage and hour disputes, including class actions and PAGA representative actions, as well as wrongful termination, retaliation, employment discrimination and harassment actions.
Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Ms. Batiste worked at a Plaintiff’s employment law firm where she specialized in complex class action wage and hour litigation and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) class actions.
