Miranda Bane



Miranda Bane is an associate in the Walnut Creek office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Healthcare, Medical Malpractice, and Long-Term Care & Elder Law Practices.

Ms. Bane represents health care providers, individuals, and healthcare related business clients in civil litigation on matters relating to medical malpractice, elder/dependent adult neglect and abuse, wrongful death, and violation of patient’s rights.

After graduating from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and before joining Lewis Brisbois, Ms. Bane clerked for the Hon. Fernando M. Olguin, District Judge for the Central District of California in Los Angeles, and subsequently at the Marin County District Attorney's Office.
