Karen Campbell, Alan Kaminsky to Join NYSTLA Panel on Trial Issues
New York Partners Karen Campbell and Alan Kaminsky will join a panel discussion at the New York State Trial Lawyers Conference (NYSTLA) for a presentation titled, “25 Trial Issues That Keep You Up in the Middle of the Night: 2019 Edition,” taking place June 17 and 24 from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. at the NYSTLA offices near City Hall in downtown Manhattan.

(May 30, 2019) – New York Partners Karen Campbell and Alan Kaminsky will join a panel discussion at the New York State Trial Lawyers Conference (NYSTLA) for a presentation titled, “25 Trial Issues That Keep You Up in the Middle of the Night: 2019 Edition,” taking place June 17 and 24 from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. at the NYSTLA offices near City Hall in downtown Manhattan.
Ms. Campbell and Mr. Kaminsky will join acting judges, past presidents of NYSTLA, other prominent trial attorneys for an informal panel discussion addressing such issues as the proper time to prepare for summation, best practices in working with difficult judges, managing clients with convictions, and much more.
The NYSTLA works with coalition partners on numerous issues to protect the rights of consumers: health advocates, tenants' groups, senior citizens groups, anti-gun violence groups, and many other public interest organizations and aims to enhance New York’s civil justice system.
Ms. Campbell and Mr. Kaminsky are vice-chair and co-chair, respectively, of Lewis Brisbois’ General Liability Practice and members of the firm’s National Trial Team. They frequently present on key issues in litigation and the law.
