Jane Luxton’s Testimony Before Congress Receives Substantial Press Coverage
Last week, Washington D.C. Partner Jane C. Luxton testified before the Environment and Climate Change Subcommittee of the House Committee on Energy & Commerce at a hearing in regards proposed legislation aimed at regulating perfluorinated chemical substances (PFAS).
