Tim McGuire is a partner in the Madison County, Illinois office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Products Liability, Asbestos Litigation and Toxic Tort & Environmental Litigation Practices. His particular focus is on products liability and toxic torts including asbestos claims. He is involved in all aspects of defending these cases, including the drafting of dispositive motions, deposing Plaintiffs and expert witnesses, and working with clients to prepare their defense leading up to trial. Mr. McGuire successfully managed the defense of a large national company involving thousands of cases pending in Madison County, Illinois.

Mr. McGuire has over 30 years of experience representing clients in Missouri and Illinois including in Madison County, Illinois and the City of St. Louis, Missouri. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of Missouri and Illinois, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois and the Eighth Circuit of the United States Court of Appeals.

Mr. McGuire also has extensive experience in business law, civil and commercial litigation, real estate law, and labor law.
