Spencer Kelly is a partner in the San Francisco office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. Mr. Kelly has extensive experience in civil litigation of complex personal injury actions, premises liability, product liability, and intentional torts, including defamation, as well as construction and environmental matters. Mr. Kelly’s general liability practice includes defense of serious personal injury matters, including traumatic brain injury and wrongful death.

​Mr. Kelly represents large retailers, department stores, health clubs, restaurants and night clubs in premises liability cases involving catastrophic injuries. Mr. Kelly represents ride-sharing services with respect to automobile liability claims, including wrongful death. Mr. Kelly represents manufacturers and retailers in complex product liability matters.
