Esther Holm to Conduct Mock Trial at Upcoming DRI Seminar

Orange County Partner Esther Holm will be conducting a mock direct and cross examination of damage experts at the DRI Trial Skills and Damages Seminar, taking place March 20-22 at the Park MGM Las Vegas Hotel. Ms. Holm’s presentation, which will demonstrate the effective use of technology and examination techniques in the courtroom, will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday March 21, and will be presided over by Judge Rawlinson of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Las Vegas, Nev. (March 13, 2019) – Orange County Partner Esther Holm will be conducting a mock direct and cross examination of damage experts at the DRI Trial Skills and Damages Seminar, taking place March 20-22 at the Park MGM Las Vegas Hotel. Ms. Holm’s presentation, which will demonstrate the effective use of technology and examination techniques in the courtroom, will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday March 21, and will be presided over by Judge Rawlinson of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

The DRI seminar will focus on how technological innovations have changed legal practice over the past several decades, and will offer helpful insights on how lawyers can blend proven trial tactics and technology through presentations and demonstrations on effectively navigating the complex damages case, including mock oral arguments and hard-hitting technology-focused presentations from experts and consultants.
