Laura K. Brecher is a partner in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Architects and Engineers practice. She has represented architects, engineers, construction managers and special inspectors in professional liability matters, delay claims, design defect claims and breach of contract disputes in complex construction litigation. These cases involved residential and commercial properties, schools, universities, public buildings and roadways. Ms. Brecher has also defended attorneys in professional liability matters and boards of managers of condominium associations in disputes with shareholders and/or homeowners' associations.
