Alexander Misakian is an associate in the Chicago office of Lewis Brisbois where he focuses his practice in complex civil litigation, professional liability, general liability, premises liability, and automobile and trucking accidents. He represents clients in many general liability, transportation and insurance coverage disputes. Additionally, Alexander has developed particular expertise in Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (“BIPA”) through assisting in the defense of class action litigation brought against employers and others under the Illinois Biometric Information Protection Act (BIPA).
Alexander received his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law. While there he founded and was President of the Cyber Security and Data Privacy Society. Alexander began working at Lewis Brisbois following his first year of law school as a law clerk and continued as a summer associate following his second and third years. Alexander completed his undergraduate degree at DePaul University graduating magna cum laude.
