Richard Lauter to Join Panel at ABI Winter Leadership Conference

Chicago, Illinois (November 8, 2018) – Chicago Partner Richard Lauter will join a panel of speakers at the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) Winter Leadership Conference on Friday, December 7, at 9:30 a.m. in Scottsdale, Arizona. The three-day conference brings together bankruptcy professionals from around the country to discuss and learn about a wide variety of topics, from cybersecurity and ethics to new cases and legal trends in bankruptcy.

The panel, titled “The New and improved Unsecured Creditors’ Committee,” will discuss and analyze what it takes to maximize results for unsecured creditors in today’s chapter 11 cases. Mr. Lauter will be joined by experienced professionals from the legal, accounting, and business consulting industries.

Mr. Lauter has over 35 years of experience in corporate restructuring and insolvency, and is considered to be one of the leading lawyers for chapter 11 creditors' committees in the United States. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the ABI.
